Recycle Your Stuff, A to Z

There are so many materials that we use in our daily lives, but after their usefulness to us is done, (the can of soda is empty, that old computer is sitting in the basement), each and every item needs to find another “home.” It may be a recycling drop-off site, or your local school, or a household hazardous waste collection.

This A-Z listing is to help you find solutions to most daily problems of reusing, recycling, and disposal. It may also convince you to use less of a product, once you read about the extent of its environmental impact.

This section is being renovated, so we have to ask for your patience. We will be activating the links as quickly as we can.

The Chicago Recycling Coalition does not endorse or guarantee the products or services of the businesses and organizations that are included in this list. Nor do we pretend that this list is complete; it continues to be a work in progress. We have done our best to supply you, the responsible citizen, with as much useful and usable information as possible. As always, we welcome any additions, corrections, and comments.

The Chicago Recycling Coalition is now on Facebook. Click here to go to go to our page .
